Vendor tables are 6ft with two chairs. You must bring table cloth and promotion signage for display. Friday’s awards ceremony and Saturday’s Fashion Gala. Setup is from 2 pm to 5 pm. Use tablecloths, banners, and signs to create a clear, recognizable display. Your spot is guaranteed, and we will email setup details 30 days before the event. Refunds are allowed only if requested more than 30 days before the event; no refunds
within 30 days of the event.
